Bad Goisern | Traunreiter path: One of the most beautiful hiking paths in Bad Goisern, is close to the River Traun - the Traunreiterweg!

The bubbling springs, the clear streams, the quiet lake, the alpine pasture, the young cattle and the thoughtful people are like a scene from Adalbert Stifter's stories. Family-friendly hike of about 2 hours. On well-maintained hiking trails.

Family-friendly hike along Lake Hallstatt. From Bad Goisern via Hallstatt to Obertraun. Picturesque nature trail with a total walking time of around 3 hours. With great refreshment stops and cool swimming spots. Hiking by the lake with a nature trail.

The 10km long trail leads from Obertraun to Bad Aussee through the romantic Koppen valley. Total walking time is around 3 hours. You will need sturdy walking shoes. There is an opportunity to stop off for refreshments in the Koppental valley.

A unique panoramic view of the southern part of Lake Hallstatt awaits you on this approximately 1½ hour, family-friendly hike to the Hirschaualm between Hallstatt and Obertraun.

2-hour hiking fun for the whole family. With numerous mountain huts and brilliant panoramic views. A tour for all ages. Ascent to the hiking area by cable car.

If you love panoramic views, the "Gosaunet-Platzerl" on the Zwieselalm is the right place for you. The trail is easy to do and just right for a family outing. The ascent is by cable car. So easy.

Hallstatt | World Heritage circular trail: Experience impressive history in the breathtaking natural landscape at Lake Hallstatt. Over the Salzberg, through "hell" and along the oldest pipeline in the world. Uniquely beautiful!

Starting at the Gosauschmied, this circular walk is also possible in bad weather in proper walking boots. Follow the road up to the lower Gosau lake for about 1km and then bear left along a gravel track.

The Iglmoosalm is very popular amongst hikers. You can reach it either the easy way by means of the "Gosau slow train" or by taking a one-and-half-hour walk from Gosau Mittertal.
