Dachstein Krippenstein Via Ferrata

Krippenstein Update

Dachstein Krippenstein starts the summer season on 29th May 2020 - The cave worlds on the Dachstein Krippenstein will open their gates again just in time for the extended Whitsun weekend. The Dachstein Krippenstein cable car also starts operating again on this day.

This also means that excursion destinations, such as the 5Fingers or the World Heritage Spiral are again easy and convenient to reach. So too the numerous mountain huts and the mountain restaurants will also start their delayed summer season.

Final note:

Due to the current situation, there may be alterations to the following "Information at a Glance" section. This can affect the cable car travel times but also the opening times of the cave worlds. We would therefore kindly ask you to inform yourself about current running, opening times or tour times before you visit the Dachstein Krippenstein.

Thank you for your understanding.
