The studio KRIPPENSTEIN for 2 persons is a cosy large room, which is located in the annex (yellow house). The double bed with free foot end is optically separated from the well equipped kitchenette. Sat-TV, electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, bed linen and towels are available. Additional sleeping accommodation for a 3rd person possible.

The EFEU (Ivy) room features a double bed without a footer and a kitchenette with 2 hobs, crockery, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, coffee percolator. The bunk bed can be turned into comfortable seating. Satellite TV can be watched from the bunk bed or the bed. Radio and telephone with front door intercom and door opener is in the room. Bedclothes and table linens, dishtowels, bath and hand towels are on hand.

Surrounded by mountains, our holiday farm consists of 3 residential houses with a combined front square in the centre yet near the edge of the forest. Hikes and excursions into the valley, as well as into the mountains and caves of Mount Dachstein or to Lake Hallstatt will make your holidays a fantastic experience. We are a member of the Wanderfreunde (Hiking Enthusiasts' Association).
Since we are a small farmyard, it is possible for our guests to meet the ponies and hens on the lawns and pasture and in the summer encounter brooding hens with their chicks. You can let it all go in the large gardens with a gazebo, small pond, BBQ area, and sunbathing area.
For children, we have a playground with petting zoo. Free car park by the house. Free pick-up from the railway station. For entertainment, we have a billiard table, darts and table football available.

Cancellation
- From 3 month to 1 month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the price of the whole package
- From 1 month up to a week before the day of arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the total package price
- In the last week before the day of arrival the cancellation fee is 90% of the totel package price

- Visitor's Tax: € 2,00 per person, per night. Children until 15 years are free
- 30% down payment of the total price at booking by credit card and the rest on location
